Insurance
Verification of insurance benefits must be complete prior to first session. Please ensure that you discuss your insurance information when scheduling your first appointment. Out of network (OON) mental health benefits are offered on some insurance.

Questions to address when checking your insurance coverage:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Is there a deductible and has it been met yet?
• Do I need an authorization?
• How many sessions are covered per year?
• Is there a co-pay?

The following insurance and employee assistance plans (EAP) are currently accepted:

Rates
Standard private pay fee is $110 per session.
Cash, check and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Sliding Scale
A sliding scale fee is available and must be addressed prior to the initial session.

Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required by phone to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged the full cost of the session.

Insurance Policy
Any claim that is denied or in the event your insurance company does not provide reimbursement for any reason, you are then responsible for the full cost of the session.
